Liberty City is located about 6 miles north of downtown Miami. It is bordered by NW 79th Street to the north, NW 27th Avenue to the south, NW 13th Street to the east, and NW 15th Avenue to the west.

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property.

Before your arrival, please be aware that a security deposit of $1,000 will be required. For local residents and bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the security deposit will be $2,500. For March bookings there will be an additional $1000 USD security deposit. Please note that security deposits cannot be paid by credit card.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
