Take a dip in our refreshin pool and soak up the Florida sunshine, all included in the price of your stay. Our pool area is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing or to spend a relaxing day lounging poolside. 

Indoors, the home boasts a spacious game room with pool table, foosball table and other games, perfect for a fun night in with friends and family. A state-of-the-art movie theater is also available for your entertainment needs.

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable bed and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or watching a movie before bed and relaxation during your stay.

Located in Plantation, the home is just a short drive away from popular attractions such as the beaches of Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, shopping at the Sawgrass Mills Mall, and various golf courses.

We can't wait to host you and make your stay unforgettable!

Disclosure: For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in the front and back of the house that will be on during your stay.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi, limited parking (8 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

Maximum Occupancy is 8 Adults over 13 and 4 Kids under 13.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $ 1,500, due before your arrival.

If the booking is for local residents, an additional deposit will be required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
