The covered lounge area is nestled in-between the backyard and the living room. It provides a comfy lounge with fun amenities that can be used at any time. If you would like to bask in the sun and catch some fresh air, you can easily step outside to the backyard and jump in the pool.

- A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
- Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
- We are not responsible for any items left behind, but if they are left behind, there is no guarantee we can get them back to them, however, if it is possible; we will charge a $50 handling fee, plus the postage and any other costs that could be involved in getting the item back to you.
-PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. It is your responsibility to deliver the property in the same condition as received.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The standard security deposit for our rental is $1,000.
Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Thank you for a great stay! The house was very spacious and close to the airport which was what our group was looking for. The pool and hot tub were a nice add to the stay. The area/neighborhood felt safe, quiet and easy drive to everything. Thank you for hosting!
Very nice large home, comfortable & spacious for all 12 people in our group. The pool is a pleasant bonus too. Everything was clean...thank you! Chet's communication was super quick. The neighborhood was peaceful. We visited Nova SE Univ, Las Olas Blvd. & Ft. Lauderdale Bch, and the home was conveniently located to all (max 15-min drive). The kitchen is very nice, but it was a bit under-supplied for practical use (there were no kitchen towels, no oven mitts, no cooking oil or spray, no salt & pepper shakers...tiny salt & pepper packets were available near the coffee maker supplies). Early check-in (we had folks arriving from out-of-town beginning at noon) was requested but approved only 24 hours before check-in. Only at that time were we notified that would cost 10% of the total rental bill ($350 in our case). That "felt" a little less hospitable compared to many other Airbnb experiences...maybe I'm being picky? Overall, the home was quite pleasant, met our needs and I recommend it.
