Welcome to your stylish escape in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! This stunning, brand-new townhome—completed in Summer 2023—offers the perfect blend of modern design and relaxed Florida charm.
Take a dip in your private, newly built pool, then step inside to discover sun-drenched rooms, chic boho-inspired décor, and high-end finishes throughout. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, style, and room for everyone to unwind.
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, Wi-Fi, limited parking (2 Cars only), washer, and dryer.
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property
There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.
Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

Our stay with Chet was absolutely wonderful. He checked in with me before I even had the chance to reach out, always making sure everything was perfect. We accidentally left a very important medication for my sister, who’s fighting brain cancer, and Chet made it effortless for us to return and retrieve it with no hassle at all. The place itself is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Thank you, Chet. we’ve officially found our home whenever we visit Miami/Fort Lauderdale. We can’t wait to rebook!
Chet was very responsive for the questions that I did have. The home was beautiful, spacious, peaceful and the neighborhood was quiet and close to eating and shopping. Some things you could literally walk to. Would definitely book again if in the area.
