If the beach doesn’t suit you, relax in your private pool**. With 3 bedrooms, our property is best suited for large groups looking to kick back and relax. State-of-the-art Smart TVs in all rooms allow you to stay connected to your favorite shows. Perfect if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Hollywood but not right in the middle of it. Comfortable, calm, and convenient.  We love to go that extra mile so you can feel like you are at home. We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness by having our property cleaned by professional cleaning companies. Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
