The house was extremely dirty upon arrival the floors were unclean, and the baseboards were covered in grime, which immediately made the space feel neglected and poorly maintained. One of the biggest issues was the number of flies inside the home. It honestly felt like an infestation, making it uncomfortable to relax or even eat. When we brought this up, Chet told us to go out and buy bug spray ourselves and said he would reimburse us, which is not something guests should have to deal with. To make matters worse, there was a visible bullet hole in one of the windows, which raised serious safety concerns. There are also numerous cameras placed around the outside of the property, and it left us feeling uneasy about whether there might be cameras inside as well. Overall, the house does not match the pictures shown in the listing at all. It was misleading and far below expectations, I would not recommend!" (2/5)

The base trim and floors were dirty, couch had scalp stain (from oil or hair products), the top of the doors and door trim was dusty, electrical wires from ceiling fan exposed, front door exterior cleary has been accesses by a screwdriver more than once, front door knob can be moved by hand easily. There is only street parking (no driveway) and there was a wrecked/abadoned vehicle leaking fluid in our parking spot, so we had to park a hour down. What made me decide to leave this review? We arrived at about 1030pm after an 18 hour drive. We notified Chet, and we left the next morning by 10am. We got another place on AirBnb. Chet challenged the dispute and attempted to keep about $2000. I filed a chargeback for fraud and misrepresentation. I was initinially willing to pay for 1 night, but after careful consideration, why? I was mised." (2/5)
