Take in the sun, or stay inside and prepare a meal in our chef's kitchen. Wind down with the family at the large dining table or simply enjoy a movie. We offer it all!
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool,  BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 3 cars), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

Here are some tips for a great stay in South Florida: from Hollywood's beautiful beach to the Boardwalk, a 2½-mile beachside strolling lure – to a pleasant trolley ride to renowned burger joint Le Tub, conveniently located just a few steps from Hollywood Beach along State Road A1A. Also found in Hollywood: the Anne Kolb Nature Center, shops both family-owned and shopping mall-intensive, and restaurants for every taste and budget. But in the end, the dominant enticement is Hollywood’s beach, with a vintage feel and the distinction of being named Fodor's "Best Beach for Families." In recent years, Hollywood has become one of the best places to visit on Florida's east coast. While movie stars don't grace the palm-lined streets of this downtown, you'll find glistening beaches and a vibrant nightlife worthy of any A list celeb. Take that Hollywood, California!

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers 3 parking spots. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. 

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit. 

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
