If you love culture, you won’t be disappointed by the wealth of events that center around art here such as public art installations and the ArtWalk that takes place every month. Loads to do for all types and ages, from outdoor adventures for local explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy!

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers two parking spots. If not there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit. 

Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. 

There is a small fee to have the pool heated. 
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
