Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The payment of a standard $1,500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property
There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again! The location was perfect and made it easy to get everywhere we needed. The Airbnb was spotless, comfortable, and very spacious for my family and me. Everything was ready for us at check-in, which made the arrival smooth and stress-free. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and great to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!
Was a great stay and the host was super friendly
Our stay was disappointing overall. The property did not match the listing photos, particularly the furniture, which was different from what was advertised. There were also several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. We encountered excessive spider webs both inside and outside the home, saw roaches in one of the bathrooms, and experienced inconsistent hot water during our stay. Despite these conditions, we respected the property and cleaned thoroughly before checkout. Additionally, a $1,000 per hour late checkout fee was introduced after check-in. Although we left on time and were not charged, this policy felt excessive and was not clearly communicated upfront. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and consistency. I would recommend future guests proceed with caution, carefully review all terms, and document everything during their stay.
