Disclosure: For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in the front and back of the house that will be on during your stay.

We also use noise monitoring devices to measure the decibel level, but these devices do not record any audio.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.omfortable place to stay.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi, limited parking ( 4 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood around the home is residential, with mostly single-family homes. There are also a few parks and schools in the area.

General tips

-The property is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood.
-The home is situated on a cul-de-sac, which provides for a private and serene setting.
-The property features a large pool and lush landscaping, making it an ideal spot for outdoor entertaining.
-The home has an attached in-law suite, which is perfect for multigenerational families or those who need extra space for guests.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Our base price is for groups of up to 16 guests. Please be aware that additional guests beyond this number, especially if not disclosed at the time of booking, may incur a supplemental charge.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
