the couch legs were loose and couch was tipping over, almost fell out of the dining chair cus it was so loose, no curtain in master bathroom and host wouldn't install one even tho we mentioned the people in the pool area could see right in. no light in one of the guests bedrooms. HUGE leak in the guest bedroom ceiling (the one with the bunk beds) the beds and floor were soaked bad. ladders on the bunk beds were not stable and fell as one of my kids were climbing into bed. the shower doors would not close. NOT A PRIVATE LOCATION. other guests had their dog in the pool multiple times. dryer does not work- had so much sand in the lint compartment and no one came to take a look. take your own dishes, listing is for 10 people but not enough dishes. Definitely not worth the price i paid for. only good thing was that it was close to the beach.

Worst stay ever. Do not book. This listing is misleading—it's not a private home. There's an attached unit with occupants whose vehicles blocked access for 3+ hours. Strangers from the neighboring motel entered the garage to do laundry throughout our stay. The home was unsafe: no fire alarm, broken bed, non-working oven, barely functional dryer, and very few usable dishes. Worst of all, during a cold Florida week, indoor temps dropped to 51°F. We had four children with us. When we raised concerns, the host refused a refund and wouldn't let us leave. Only after escalating to Airbnb were we relocated. We've since filed a formal complaint with the State of Florida, and an official investigation is underway. Zero accountability, zero honesty, zero concern for guest safety. Avoid this property.
