- **Roberto**: "Great location but it falls significantly short of what is advertised. The posted pictures do not reflect the current conditions of the house. The setting is special with waterfront access, a dock and brought our boat. The listing describes a luxury, recently renovated home. In reality, any renovations appear to date back at least a decade, and it shows throughout. The second floor was dirty with sand. The living room couch and chairs were noticeably filthy! The stove and oven did not function properly, making cooking a real challenge. The outdoor area was disappointing, very neglected, dirty, with broken furniture and propane tank was empty. The most serious issue, came on our second day: we discovered the septic tank was leaking onto the driveway. We contacted the host regarding all the issues but he was slow to act, and when we left the septic tank leak was still there. At roughly $1,000 a night, one expects the best. This property delivered none of that. Never again!" (6/5)

In fact, not even a coffee station or a (working) refrigerator was available for two of our senior guests with mobility & balance issues. Also, the pretty white sofa seen in the Airbnb photo has been replaced by an old, worn brown leather sectional. Accessing the kitchen, dining room and main living room requires climbing a steep outside staircase. The exterior stairs ARE clearly visible in the online ad photos and the ad stated, “While the elevator is currently out of service, the home is designed with accessibility in mind to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.” Also, “Access to second level of house requires going outside.” After reading this, I messaged to ask the host if there were any step up/step down areas in the house asked which bedrooms & bathrooms were on each floor as we were concerned about accessibility" (2/5)
