- **Matthew**: "Do yourself a favor do not rent this house. The upkeep of this house is terrible. First off. I like to start off by. I was sent an email the day that I was supposed to arrive and I was given the wrong code to get into the house we could not get in touch with the host and we stood out there for over a half hour. Finally we got in touch with the management company that gave us the right code the next day we found that the pool was disgusting loaded with debris we found dead hornets at the bottom of the pool and a black widow spider they sent somebody to clean the pool a few days later the pool was a swamp green color the whole week the water wasn’t working properly we were left without water the host extended our stay only to still be without water The upkeep of this house is disgusting. I will never go back or deal with this host again the nightmare that we went through he only wanted to give us very little money back compensation. this was the most unenjoyable stay." (2/5)
