We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighborhood code compliance
The house is a part of a serene, family-friendly neighborhood in central Hollywood, Florida. The entire area is quiet and peaceful, so we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and all the neighbors.
This prime location allows quick access to numerous restaurants, shops, entertainment, and beaches.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

Chet was an amazing host and his place was phenomenal and accommodated 7 of us. Will definitely be booking again
The stay was excellent. It would be great if the host covers the pool heating costs in the listed cost.
The house was perfect for what my group needed, and we had no issues. Chet is reasonable and quick to respond. The house is nice and clean, and the amenities are great. Several small things are broken and need to be fixed, and I was concerned I was going to be held accountable for them, but I was not. I am willing to bet this house has seen some inconsiderate customers. A 500-deposit seemed excessive after already paying 4200 for two nights. But after seeing all the neighborhood signs that said, "Short-Term Vacation Rentals Are Not Welcome," I feel like Chet has to deal with neighbors complaining regularly. Better pots and pans would've made cooking eggs and bacon for 13 guys easier. But other than those few little things, Chet was great. I was worried we were going to be kicked out early after reading some of the other people's reviews. Just don't treat the house like a frat party, and Chet will be great to you as he was us.
