The standard security deposit for our rental is $2,000 which is required prior to your arrival.
Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.
There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
Our base price is for groups of up to 16 guests. Please be aware that additional guests beyond this number, especially if not disclosed at the time of booking, may incur a supplemental charge.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers four parking spots. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $2,000 which is required prior to your arrival.
Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.
There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
Our base price is for groups of up to 16 guests. Please be aware that additional guests beyond this number, especially if not disclosed at the time of booking, may incur a supplemental charge.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

Fantastic stay
They had a beautiful home for us to enjoy on our family vacation. All the essentials we needed to have to cook, clean, and eat. It even had a walker for a baby. It’s a gorgeous home and perfect for a family get away.
We stayed at this home for 3 weeks. We loved the home’s location, and the layout worked well for our large group. The pool area was pleasant and was heated nicely for the extra cost. JC was polite, responsive and easy to work with, and quickly helped address the numerous issues we raised. We had a great time overall, however this house is in need of significant maintenance and it does not meet the luxury presentation of the listing photos. The dock is inaccessible and the entire street is under construction, which begins at 7 AM. The large format tiles on the main floor are cracked/unstable throughout; I have no idea how a floor could be in such poor shape. The kitchen seems to be put together with tape and glue and we had several cabinet doors come off, the backsplash is quite cracked and the stove is barely usable. Most of the bathrooms have heavy wear and tear. I hope the owner invests in repairs to this house as it could be a great rental, but falls well short of its listing.
