If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
Our base price is for groups of up to 16 guests. Please be aware that additional guests beyond this number, especially if not disclosed at the time of booking, may incur a supplemental charge.

This airbnb was perfect for us and it was amazing
We had a great stay at this home! The house was extremely spacious, clean, and well maintained. One of the best parts was how comfortably it accommodated our large group of 23 people without ever feeling overcrowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, relax, and enjoy time together. The layout was perfect for group gatherings while still allowing privacy when needed. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely book again for future group trips.
What a lovely house. We booked this instead of hotels for a business trip and it worked out so well. What a great space to stay after a long day of meetings. I loved how open it was and how we could debrief at the large dining table. I would 100% book here again.
