Enter this stylish boho-luxe residence and enjoy light-filled spaces, contemporary designer furnishings, and upscale finishes throughout, offering plenty of room for everyone to unwind in authentic Florida fashion. Just minutes away from all that downtown Fort Lauderdale has to offer.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the pool, Wi-Fi, parking for up to two  (2) vehicles, as well as a washer and dryer.

While we do our best to provide furnishings that match those shown in the photos, some items may vary due to updates or replacements.

First the gate to the property wasn’t secure never closed , parking was a nightmare Chet told me 2 cars limit but the other guest had multiple cars he told me to park at a local garage ! The furniture was old and unusable Chet didn’t replace or repair broken chair & sofas has nasty stains so did the beds platform the pillows were smelly there are paint spots on the wall where they didn’t make look professional also there are huge holes in the ceilings ,the plumbing was clogged and backed so bad we had to request maintenance to come and fix he pulled out a blob of hair and on top of all these inconveniences there were No bart rags to use the towels were old and raggedy ! The worst stay ever ! With all the money they request incl. deposits you would think Chet would buy new furniture and supply rags and towels decent enough to use ! Rio" (2/5)
