Newly Designed & Renovated! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This recently renovated 8 bedroom home offers all you need to make your vacation a relaxing and luxurious one including comfortable beds, smart TVs with Roku in every bedroom, a private heated pool, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and more! Downtown’s Clematis Street and Cityplace districts are filled with restaurants, shops, bars and clubs.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 5 cars), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The Acreage is located in a convenient location, close to shopping, dining, and recreation. The neighborhood is also close to Interstate 95, making it easy to commute to other parts of Florida.
You can get around by car, bike, or on foot.
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Chet’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was a huge space that fit all of us comfortably. We had a big group of people and It was nice having so many bathrooms. The pool and back hang out area was the best part. Chet’s place was in a convenient location! We will be coming back!
