Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 4 cars), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.
The neighborhood around the home is a mixed-income, residential area. The neighborhood is primarily composed of single-family homes, but there are also some multi-family homes and apartments. The neighborhood is located in a convenient location, close to shopping, dining, and recreation. The neighborhood is also close to Interstate 95, making it easy to commute to other parts of Florida.
You can get around by car, bike, or on foot.

-Visit the Miami-Dade County Parks and Recreation Opa-Locka Center for a variety of recreational activities, including swimming, tennis, and basketball.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.
There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

Beautiful house. There were some things off on the description listing but other than that we enjoyed our stay. We’re not able to use the outside as much as we liked due to the long gap of quiet hours.
Great house. The exterior space with the courts for sports was amazing. The bedrooms were beautiful and well equipped. Great home for a large party. The communication and instructions were thorough and detailed. It is a big playhouse!
Jessica’s spot was great along with her hospitality.
